Just wanted to say hello :) I'm an autistic person who finally learnt they're trans this summer after years of questioning. Still questioning who I am to an extent, like figuring out if I'm non-binary or a trans girl (starting to believe it's the latter though), and I wanted to join this forum as a means to help me go through this journey

Good evening SpongeBobFan.

I want to officially welcome you to Susan's Place.

We are a website for everyone with any sort of gender issue. We are supportive and we can offer our experiences, but we cannot diagnosis your specific issues. Only a trained professional can do that.

We try hard to keep Susan's Place a safe and family friendly website because we have many members here who are underage.

We are moderated to keep out spam and bad language. You should become familiar with the Terms of Service and I will post links to the Terms of Service below, as well as other important information.

Again, welcome to Susan's Place.

Welcome SpongeBobFan,

It may help if you separate gender from sexuality.  Both are spectrums like autism.
Knowing you have one may not tell you much about the other.
A trans mtf could be attracted to men, women, or both!  Or something more complicated than those commonly assumed categories.

Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that you speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.

Hi there.  Welcome.  I am somewhat new here too.  Everyone seems very positive and supportive.  It does take a while to get to know everyone, or at least it is taking me some time.  It is nice to meet you.
