I was thinking about this the other day when i dug out a pair of my old guy jeans only because the material is warmer and thicker, needed to get some outside stuff done and didnt want to ruin my jeans.
It cant seem to find lady jeans made from the same thicker denim, none of my chick jeans are the same hold up denim, wearing a size 18Tall and not a 18W Tall makes it hard as hell to find good fitting jeans, in an affordable range

Maybe if you go to a Western clothing store you might find some thicker gal jeans.  Plus some boots.
Maybe brands like Carhart, Wrangler, and perhaps Lee have thicker material?

Also, fleece lined jeans are nice and warm.  They are not typically at the lower prices though.

Check at a “tractor” or a “farm & country/rural” store too.

I didn’t have a “fit” problem with men’s jean’s, I just like the look and fit of women’s cloths much better.  I have a lot of women’s shorts but being on the tall side I didn’t go looking for women’s jeans much.  When I did, seems they were all R, S, or cropped.

I picked up a blue pair of woman’s Levi’s corduroys at Costco a couple of years ago on a whim.  They had some with a 32” inseam.  I liked the way they felt and fit, but I typically wear jeans so they didn’t get much use.  The following November (Black Friday week) I went looking for a pair of jeans and wound up with a pair of Levi’s 724.  Similar fit to the cords but with more stretch.  The back pockets of both fit my wallet, but just barely and I find myself checking for it a lot.  The front pockets are just barely usable (small key ring and a few coins).  I liked the 724’s but couldn’t bring myself to wear them out too much.

Last fall I found a pair of woman’s Levi’s 501 shorts on the clearance rack in Kohl’s that fit really well, so in November (Black Friday week again) I went looking for a pair of woman’s 501 jeans.  Found them at the Levi’s outlet in town.  They only had one color in my size but I got 2 pair.  Already on sale and they had a buy one, get one half off on top of that.

They are awesome!  They are non-stretch denim and “can pass” for men’s jeans but they fit like women’s jeans and are a little softer.  High waist, cut nice in the bottom, and not all that extra material in the front.  The back pockets easily fit my wallet and the front pockets are almost as deep as most men’s jeans.  The 32” inseam doesn’t come down my legs as far as the men’s do but I think that’s because they ride up my bottom higher (TMI?).

While I was in the store sales gal added me to the Levi’s email list.  I think I got an extra discount or something for signing up.  Sometime later I got a sale email from Levis.com.  I found 2 pair in a darker wash, on sale and then an additional half off at checkout.

Since then, the 501’s are all I’ve worn to work, or really anywhere.  Liker others here, my men’s jeans have been left to yard work and such.   I’m wearing the 724 out more now too.  I expect I’ll be wearing them to work soon enough.

They sound just like the jeans I like to go for.  I'm gonna start wearing ankle boots with them soon as well.  Just wear pink trainers with them for now and that's not really stealth I guess

I think that the jeans that have a more tapered ankle would do boots better than Amandas. I have a pair of Uggs style boots from Kohl's but the jeans bunch a bit much to fit in. I usually wear the jeans over, which is stealthy, but the bunched up look isn't good.  Well, neither is insufficient junk in the trunk for those jeans, but...

I find woman's jeans fit much better and that's pretty much all I wear now. I like the boot cut so they go over my work boots without bunching up. As far as junk, since being on the hormones the crotch looks very natural now also (no bulge). I still do occasionally wear a pair of my man jeans for hard work, so as not to tear my nice ones. They seam so baggy/saggy now.

Women’s jeans are the way to go for everyday wear.

I feel much more comfortable in women's jeans,  they are soft and hug my body.

Jeans are nice.  I am wearing more shorts now as it warms.  However, I do have jean (denim) shorts and jean  skorts.  I do not have any jean skirts at the moment.

If you need work pants with pockets, Dickies makes female work pants with pockets.
Amazon Essentials is another brand with useful pockets.

I have some nylon guide pants from Eddie Bauer that not only fit great, but look feminine.
I am short and really like their petite sizing.

Even cis women prefer guy jeans, 'cause pockets.
When you're trans everyone only wants to sex you and/or game you, including other trans people.
