Gabbi Tuft is ready to show the world who she is.

Tuft, a former WWE wrestling star, announced she is transgender this week. "This is me," she wrote in an Instagram post coming out as transgender. "Unashamed, unabashedly me." The former wrestler was active in the WWE from 2009-2012 under the ring name "Tyler Reks." In 2012, she left WWE fame to spend more time with her wife, Priscilla, and their daughter.

My favorite line, "However," she said, "the day I stopped caring about what other people thought, was the day I truly became limitless and allowed my authentic self to come into the light.", is how I gathered the courage to go 24/7. Once I overcame worrying about what others thought, I could finally move forward. Good for her.

Great quote.   :)

Feels like a really tough place to get to! I think the key is what ones goal is  - because I identify female I have an accompanying need for validation and acceptance as a woman rather than with a prefix.
I think it is a great quote for many, but not for me.

True. I'm always trying to "work" on myself but I feel like I am at a point now where I feel like that "work" is already done. I think it raises the question of what does one do when they feel like their transition is already "done?"
