What's your favorite RAW developer?

I like RawTherapee the best because of the quality of the demosaicing and the fact that it produces a flat rendering (I'm a fan of Dan Margulis), good for working with in Photoshop; however, I often find myself using Lightroom because of the convenience.

EmilyAlt:
I've used the developer in Sony's ImageEdge and in Lightroom.  Can't tell the difference.  So I just use Lightroom for everything.  My main complaint with Lightroom (and the rest of the Adobe CC suite) is the subscription fees.  For an amateur it's expensive.
