Orchiectomy and Spiro
« on: March 24, 2021, 03:41:40 pm »
Hello everyone. I would like to thank everyone first for the great post. There is so much useful information and experiences here, thank you all. For myself I am terrified of going on Spiro. I cannot afford brain fog or indecisiveness, let alone any side effects spiro apparently brings with it. With that in mind I'm thinking of just going straight to Dr. Arknoff and getting my orchi done. Curious if anyone regrets getting your orchi done?

... Curious if anyone regrets getting your orchi done?

Many of us whose ultimate goal is GCS, have opted for an orchiectomey, especially if we are having trouble with the Testosterone blockers.

If you are still questioning or if you wish to retain some small portion of your previous sex drive, then an orchiectomey may not be your best choice. A surgical procedure like this is impossible to fully restore, although something similar can be achieved using prosthetics and hormone treatments.

Before considering an orchiectomey, you must be absolutely sure that this is want you want.
