My 5pm Tuesdays bike ride group did a hard ride, then we went to a burger place with a patio by the creek. I had a veggie burger with jalapenos, yum.

It’s a nice day here, so I am going to go on a long walk and stop at Chipotle on the way back to have a sofritas salad bowl. Tip: the tofu sofritas is the best “meat” at Chipotle hands down and I say that as an omnivore.

Lol while I was shopping Thursday after my 4 hours of electrolysis there was a Chipotle nearby. I got the exact same thing, veggie bowl with sofritas and guacamole. Makes two meals. Is sofritas a made up word I wonder?

Yeah, I think it’s a made up word from sofrito.

I got a good batch when I was at Chipotle. It wasn’t dried out like it can sometimes be if it has sat around for a long time. I don’t add rice, guacamole or any of the other high calorie items, so no problems fitting a sofritas salad bowl into my diet. It’s filling, too.

I likely will have a cooked meal (from a frozen dinner) bought from the grocery later.  I am not in the mood to cook.
