Yesterday:  Two small ham and cheese sandwiches on Hawaiian bread.  Potato salad.

Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that you speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.

I warmed some hamburger meat to make me a hamburger with Swiss cheese.

The market had organic pears on sale.  I've been eating a fresh pear for the past few days.
Yesterday I had pizza and a Bartlett pear.

Bought a fresh coconut yesterday as they had some in supermarket so made a chicken curry with some and a veg curry with the rest. Both new recipes that I haven't made before from my "restaurant" Indian cook book.

Chikuwa or "bamboo ring" fish cake and steamed rice.  My favorite type of fish cake.
I've been buying fish cake regularly from the Asian Market, starting with the cheap stuff then the more expensive brand when they offered it.   ;D

Almost forgot.  It was dinner time when I was picking up groceries at Stew Leonard's.  If you sign up for their bonus rewards you get free ice cream cones for every $100 spent.  I ate a chocolate ice cream cone in the parking lot.

I had an overload of red, orange and yellow mini peppers that were about to go bad, so I fried then until the skins were toasted, then stir fried with garlic chili tofu, carrots and a zucchini.

Lazy night. Made brown rice and topped it with natto, pickled cabbage, and seaweed. Yay probiotics!
