Bread and Cheese.
Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that you speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.

Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream.

I shared dinner with my sweetie tooth-fairy and with one other gal-friend from my Gym-Gals group.

A small bag of Doritos...very bad. I only do this when I'm neck deep in work, because Doritos keep me pepped up for hours. Don't know why...I just know that it works for me.

Chicken and sausage gumbo, basmati rice, and collard greens with salt pork. Put a little Tony's in the gumbo and some pepper vinegar in the greens. Kid made a beautiful dark roux for the gumbo. I miss New Orleans.

Before I went to work I fixed a Potroast (with lots of veggies)
and put it in my timed Slow-Cooker.
My house will smell very inviting when I finally go home when I close my office tonight.

I also like Doritos.   And Cheetos.
I bought three frozen pizzas so I can spend more time working on the garden this week while the weather is  just right in the evenings.

I got home early from my office....
....very hungry after going to the gym with my Gym-Gals group.

Fried some bacon, sliced tomatoes, washed some lettuce and toasted some bread...

I made a delicious BLT    (Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato)  sandwich.
