Sydney,

I think that you are well on your way.

I also had FFS with many of my procedures being the same as yours. I had my hairline advanced and at first, I thought I needed more advancement. About a year later I had hair transplants to further lower my hairline and temples. Surgery can only do so much. If you need more, then consider hair transplants. It is a very good way to cover the incisions from the initial scalp advance.

Your eyes are very open and they look nice. You might consider shaping your eyebrows, as this will also open your orbital rim as well. You may consider shortening your upper lip.

I need to ask, How long have you been on hormone therapy? You should be on hormones for at least 3 to 5 years before doing additional facial work.

Its been little while on hrt. It just sucks that some of us are not given a good starting point in this process through genetics. I been doing my own eye brows since kinda the start and cant really get any more then i have maybe i can go thinner but thats the best arch i can get. That i think i definetly want to have a revision on. I just emailed the doctor today to see if i can get my follow up appointment done earlier. I dont think i can afford to have surgery October or november. i need to basically have this surgery and get back to work. I was also looking into breast augmentation. He already gave me a price but its was not a true quote just a number to shoot for and im right there so

Good morning Sydney,

I never got anywhere with DIY eyebrow shaping. I had to go to a professional to get good results. Many women do the same thing. I live in Miami and many women here are of Spanish heritage. We have excess facial hair and facials are a thriving industry here. There are many techniques. Just get it done and you will be amazed at how much better you will look.  :o

Hi, you are lucky with your brow hair. I would definitely get your brows professionally done.

I think a lip lift and fat injected into the lips would be a good procedure.

I went to Dr. Cooley in North Carolina and had two hair transplant treatments. It did wonders for me.

A professional plastic surgeon that works on trans can give great advise. I had a lot of FFS work. The most painful is jaw and chin work but I needed it. You may want to consider that procedure.
