Orchiectomy questions
« on: June 10, 2021, 03:19:10 am »
So how does the castration effect libido and sexual function?  Libido should fall greatly but how much?
How does sexual function change?

How does sexual function change?

Cis men need Testosterone to function. This is a fact, but everyone is different and some cis men have more and others have less Testosterone and this does not correlate with sexual performance. Everyone is different and cis men with the same Testosterone blood levels have variable levels of sexual drive. There is no way to predict how any one person will respond to castration other than their sexual drive will be much less.

I know that this is not the answer you are seeking, but you are asking a question that is impossible to honestly answer. Sorry.  :-X

There has been some second guessing about who I am and why I am asking.
I have 3 simple questions and would like to hear answers to these 3 questions from people who actually have experience of castration as part of their M2F transition.
