breast implant issues

fyi i had my first implants around 2007 (under the muscle) but soon after the complication started.  I think the surgeon wasn’t competent, idk … the the issue was that my left implant started sliding down my rib cage and wouldn’t heal in place (and yes i followed the Dr instructions with the compression bra exactly).  I tried to get the Dr to go in and fix but he was an ass to me and i really didn’t have the money to take him to court :(.  So then a couple years later (and a lot of pain and discomfort) i rescheduled to have my implants replaced by a Dr in Tijuana.  After consulting with him he convinced me to get larger implants (extra 50cc on both) and have them over the muscle.  The surgery seemed to be a success for about a year but then it started again, ugh!  this time the sliding is towards my left arm pit.  This is really really bothering me and i am willing to pay premium $$ to get this fixed once and for all!  what i want is two fold: a) fix the sliding issue.  b) narrow the gap between implants so i can have some decent cleavage.  Has anyone experienced anything similar?  Any good Dr (who know trans women issues) you can recommend.  Do i really have to keep going bigger to achieve (near) natural looking cleavage? I have seen youtube video of Dr Barrett in LA which shows a transwoman with a successfull implant surgery.  Anyone have experience with Dr Barrett?

I live in Miami and I had my BA done locally, so I cannot comment on LA surgeons, but I have seen a couple of surgeons on TV who fix really "Botched" procedures.  8)

I had my implants placed under the muscle for several personal reasons. When I consulted with several surgeons, many declined to do under the muscle implants because they never did get good results doing this procedure. I finally found a surgeon who has a strong reputation for good consistent results.

The primary task for any surgeon is creating a pocket for the implant that can support the implant for a long while. Not every surgeon has mastered this technique.

Many issues can be fixed, but sometimes the only successful fix is to remove the implants. I know that this is not what you want to hear, but when nothing else works, it is a last resort option.

Just remember that cleavage is 90% bra. Breasts are centered where the nipple is.  Going bigger is going to lessen the gap between them, but also bring them closer to your armpit too.  Keep in mind that large implants are more prone to sagging as well.  I'd make sure you discuss the size options with your surgeon while you're interviewing them.  They should discuss upper and lower size limits based on your natural breast tissue, and your frame.  I've met with several surgeons I wrote off years ago due to them pushing a "sky's the limit" approach.  If "natural" is a goal, they should inform you of the sizes you can go before they're going to look like obvious implants because you don't have enough tissue to adequately cover the implant. If you're looking for just "bigger", you might ask them about textured implants if you have already had issues with implants staying in place.

i def dont want look like a porn star lol … and i just want a natural look, which is why im attracted to Dr Barrett.  this is def my last try with implants   it is better to live pain free than force it for vanities sake.  honestly my breast size is perfect (minus the cleavage) imo … but we will see what  Dr says at the consultation and what he thinks my options are.
