Best wishes

@Margrit:
Dear Margrit:
I don't like using the Panty Liners with my more "revealing" panties.  Very uncomfortable,
BUT sometimes when needed, there are available the very thin and slimmer Panty Liners
that work with well with the "more coverage" (less sexy) styles of panties.
HUGS,
Danielle

I used regular sanitary pads for about 6 months right after I had my GCS. Then when the bleeding lessened, but not entirely stopped, I used panty liners for another 6 to 8 months until all the spotting stopped.

A girl has to do what a girl has to do. Need I say more?  ::)

Thank you Danielle and Rakel for your good answers. :)

Well I was just curious and asked myself how others handle it.
It's basically an everyday affair, but I couldn't find a thread about it. One possibility why there was no thread could be that for many womenfolks it is too private, too inappropriate, too ordinary for to talk about it.
But if we look precisely, we will notice, we also talk about the Subjekt "what makes the best bra?", so why not having a conversation about panty liners and sanitary pats...In a grocerystore`s aisle are dozens of varies kinds of products to find...

So yes? Why not talk about "what makes the best panty liners and sanitary pats?".

Hi, after GCS I used standard pads. Later I transitioned to thin liners.

Now I just use panties unless I have a reason and there is some leakage.

I generally do not use liners or pads, except if I douche. Unfortunately, I sometimes can’t totally push all the douche solution out, so I wear pads for about 12 hours just to make sure any leaks are captured. Otherwise, I’m good; no full time pad needed since about 4 months post-op.

A other good moment for using panty liners direct is after the Dilatation.

I suffered some incontinence after my srs many years ago but has now cleared up but still get small leakage, when I had my guy equipment I could hold it forever, now I can't hold on too long, anyway I use panty liners daily and maxi pad on a long journey, it's not a big issue, I'm used to it now over the years, panty liners and pads part of womanhood, when I go on vacation I pack my supplies in my ''girly bag'' as hubby calls it.

Yes, wore panty liners daily for a long time after SRS, first thick ones, as I healed moved to thinner ones.

Now that I am all healed up, I don't need to wear them daily. I do still wear them, after sexual intercourse to catch any liquids that may leak out, since my husband and I don't use a condom (for obvious reasons)
