What structure is actually DOWN THERE now?
« on: September 26, 2021, 03:27:50 pm »
I had SRS with Philip Thomas about 5 years ago now and he did show me what tissue would make what ect but there’s still so much I don’t know. He done penile inversion - my question is -

1. What closes our vaginas at the end? Because obviously we’ve no cervix lol
2. Does our clitoris’ have ‘legs’ the way cis do?
3. Is any of our clitoris hidden inside us (like an iceberg) and only the tip is what we can see?

Dear Alexis,

These are questions for your surgeon.

I can only answer what the usual situation is for most women, but you may be different.

1. What closes our vaginas at the end? Because obviously we’ve no cervix lol
The inner most part of the neovagina is stiched together and heals as a closed end of the neovaginas.

I would expect something under the skin to hold things in place, but how much is there is something only your doctor can answer.
