An Orchiectomy for sure will eliminate one of the main sources of testosterone in the body. 
By reducing or eliminating some or mostly all of the hormone Testosterone there is then less
competition for the Estrogen in usual HRT regimens.

An Endocrinologist (Doctor) will do frequent blood tests to adjust and modify dosages to levels that will produce the proper levels of hormones in the body.

Follow your doctor's guidance is my best advice. 
Ask them questions tailored to your own body and personal desires !!!

It all depends on how vigorous the orchies are.  In my case, after about a year of E only HRT I was completely chemically castrated to the point of no more T production.  After I had my operation there was no difference in T levels at all.

Everybody is different. How the body handles the hormones is different from person to person. Therefore, the changes in hormones levels after an orchiectomy will be different to from person to person.

In my case,, even after years of hormone usage, and my testis being drawn up deep inside my body, and reduced in size to less than a half inch long each, one of them was still managing to produce sperm at the time of my own bilateral orchiectomy, which is considered rare.

So, as we tend so say around here: "Your mileage may vary".

I did not have an orchiectomy. I knew what I needed to do after my first few weeks of taking Estradiol. I never felt so good about myself, so I decided to get GCS as soon as possible.

Speaking for myself, I felt the same taking Estradiol before and after GCS, as I do now. It is just right for me.

Estradiol blood levels are affected by dose, absorption and metabolism. All three factors are going to raise or lower your blood levels. Your Testosterone blood levels are not involved. Having an orchiectomy will not physically change your Estradiol blood levels.

Psychologically speaking, you may find the effects of not having as much Testosterone in your body to be a dramatic change.

If you have any issues after having your orchiectomy, just request that your doctor monitor your Estradiol blood levels and adjust acccordingly.
