Atransgender resource group at Netflix supposedly issued a list of demands to the streaming giant before an Oct. 20 walkout protest, a Monday report said.

The list consists of requests under the categories of content investment, employee relations and safety, and harm reduction.

"We want the company to adopt measures in the areas of content investment, employee relations and safety, and harm reduction, all of which are necessary to avoid future instances of platforming transphobia and hate speech," the group said in a press release accompanying the list, according to The Verge.
