Topic: Sad day for LGBT+ rights in Italy

Today Italian Senate blocked a proposed law aimed at protecting people from violence and discrimination linked to sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

This was the so called DDL Zan.

Now six months have to pass before discussion for a new law on the same subject may be initiated in Italy"s Parliament.

Very sad...

This is certainly an upsetting event for the LGBTQ community.
