Pride Counselling: just a heads up

I signed up with "Pride Counselling" since they were sponsoring a transgender YouTuber that I follow, and they describe themselves as "Professional therapy for the LGBTQ community".

After three attempts, they were unable to link me to a counsellor with any experience of transgender people and my initial payment was fully refunded.

So a bit disappointing, but at least there was no difficulty in getting a refund.

Yes indeed, that was certainly a disappointing outcome.  Perhaps it was just a matter of incompatible locations.
I know that some of our members do have difficulty finding fairly local Therapists that are well versed in Transgender counseling and the related issues.

The good news is that they did give you a full refund.

If you can not find a local "Gender" therapist, many times a "general" therapist can do a good job of helping you work through transition issues.
