Is there anyone here that cares more about a physical transition than social one

ChrissyRyan:
I think both physical and social transitioning are important.
It all seems to go together.

Of course both are important, as these are like both parts of the same system you know. In my opinion, if you want to fully recognize yourself as non-binary you need go trough full transition. And it is also important to be social

Allie Jayne:
Social transition for me was only so people could accept my new appearance, and it really didn't affect my dysphoria. The critical thing was my physical transition. I simply had to get rid of my male parts, and nobody sees that! I even considered detransitioning for a short time after my dysphoria was down to low levels, as how I present, and how people see me isn't that important to me. I don't get upset by people using my dead name or unintentionally misgendering me, because it doesn't really matter to me.

But I believe my gender identity and dysphoria are a medical condition in the bed nucleus of my brain, not in society. So my need is to align myself with the identity in my bed nucleus, not with society. I am who I am in my eyes, not in anyone elses.

Hugs,

Allie

Gina P:
Physical transition is the most important to me. I want to see the woman in the mirror. The social is the uncomfortable part for me. Having to dress and present as something my physical body isn't yet, that's a bit awkward.

Welcome to the site, Kamala! You want to use "I" statements for opinions like that, not "you" statements. There are many variations of transgender experiences, and they're all valid. Some people desire full transition, others don't.  :)

See you around the site!

Hugs, Devlyn
