PCP in Southern California through Anthem

Hello all,

My new insurance kicks in January 1st and I have been with Kaiser all my life. Due to health issues and need of a ppo option, I changed to Anthem Blue cross,

I live in Orange County California.. does anyone have a recommendation on a trans-friendly pcp in the area. I’m in the Irvine area. Any help is appreciated
