Looking for girls of the same size as me: 5'9"/138 lbs/38 AA pre B.A.

It would help me if you girls of the same size as me shared their choices here : how many cc, which profile, saline or silicone?
It's difficult to me to find a "role model" because I'm more flat and have a wider torso that most TG girls: 34 or 36 is the norm when I need a 38 to be at ease.

Unfortunately I'm not the same size as you -- 6' 1" and 168 lbs. Before my BA I wore a padded 36B bra. After my BA I now wear a 38C/D depending on the lining. My implants are submuscular 425cc Mentor smooth round high profile cohesive silicone ('gummy bear'), and I think they are perfect size for me.

Personally, I think the cohesive silicone implants are the best. Saline implants can have 'wrinkling' issues and often don't feel very realistic. Silicone filled can leak (this is uncommon), but with cohesive silicone there is no fluid to leak.

An experienced surgeon should be able to help you select the right type and size for your frame. The width of the implants are important to make sure you don't have a wide gap between your breasts, and there is a limit as to how large of an implant your skin will tolerate. I told my surgeon to 'go big', and she used sizers during surgery to see how big she could go without overstretching the skin. I hope this helps.

I'm 5'6'' and around 64kg, I'd say silicone is a bit better and seems to be the norm nowadays, round smooth gives less issues than the tear drop (it can flip) and textured implants.
When you go for your consultation, bring some pics of women that might be similar to you that you like the look of the <not allowed>, and show them and have a conversation with your surgeon on what you want.
I wanted something that looked natural to my body size wise, but sexy to look at. and I got exactly that.

We agreed with 375CC, they picked 350CC in the operating room cos 375CC was a bit too large (they had 400-375-350 there) for my body frame.

I am now a 34DD and couldn't be happier, they look amazing. So yeah, just have a healthy conversation with ur surgeon and see what you want to achieve for yourself.

Actually we are close regarding the bra size (36/38) but opposite to almost all women I know, I target small breasts. I think I would be happy with full A, small B. This is atypical and makes my communication with my surgeon difficult. He told me 380 cc is a minimum. I have done a simulation with rice bags and I really don't feel well with 380. Should I trust my instinct, I would ask for 200/250. But no one ever asked for so small, particularly someone of my size.
