I had one this weekend and it was really good!
What do you like to have inside the omelet besides eggs?

Dear Davina:
When at home, if I do not have a lot of time I will just make a Cheese Omelet with lots of cheddar cheese.

Northern Star Girl:
My most favorite Omelet is a Western Omelet (aka: Denver Omelet)
filled with diced ham, red and/or green Bell Peppers, Green Onions, and lots of Cheddar Cheese.
I usually like to eat it with chunky Salsa.
