is there any really serious tight tuck pant that is designed to keep down the erection but I'm NOT looking for kind of chastity device with lock. I am normally wearing skin-tight legging so it should go smooth with legging. Thanks for recommendation.

I use TomboyX "tucking" underwear.  They are pretty well made, and they solve the problem reasonably well.  You'll have a panty line that is visible in tight workout leggings, but nothing "else" is noticeable.

I like those because they are pretty snug while also giving you a little room to maneuver.  They're WAAY better than those gross things you see on Amazon.  Why in the heck would I want a fake camel toe?  SMH...

They are called gaffs. I like the ones from enFemme (enfemmestyle<dot>com), they are of a good quality.

You can also look at Unclockable, they offer a specially designed tape for trans individuals, which does not produce panty lines.

If you want something inexpensive, you may want to consider buying a swimsuit bottom.
I found one that works well for my needs.  I bought mine in a Victoria's Secret sale.

I've used the Unclockable tuck kit when in a swimsuit.  Otherwise I've had really good luck with just a pair of Hanes panties that are one size too small.  if you wear pantyhose over the top it really isn't going anywhere.  If you want to wear something a little more daring, a couple of strategically placed snips of medical tape can work wonders!
