wearing panties to work
« on: September 27, 2022, 04:25:24 am »
Yesterday (09-26) I wore panties to work for the 1st time. They are a high cut bikini so tags has on it. It was ok at times had to make adjustments around legs size 7-9. Today i plan to wear a hipster pair 8-10 but looks about same style. I may buy some boy shorts and try them. I was kind of worried a little but who cares right

People were getting too casual at work so we now have a dress code.
No shorts but skirts are allowed, so I've been wearing skirts to work!

I don't feel as cold if I don't cover my legs.  I shave my legs nearly every day.

You are on a slippery slope. You get too used to panties, you may never want to wear men's underwear ever again. They are so uncomfortable in comparison. If you are doing it permanently with your male clothes you definitely want panties that you can adjust low so they won't flash out of your pants. Keeping a belt on certainly helps to keep your pants on high enough that your panties don't flash. Certainly no using urinals in the bathroom since you be flashing your panties every time. If you enjoy being belittled, it does not matter as long as this is not something that get you fired. Your two responders in this topic are transwomen. Only reason I hide mine is because I am not out to my family. My parents are OK with panties at least as long as nobody else knows I wear them. I have to hide mine.

"Under-dressing" can be a good way to start working your way into regularly wearing
women's articles of clothing.

Under your regular male pants you can wear panties and even tights.

Under a multi-patterned loose fitting shirt especially with vest pockets
you may get away with wearing a bra.
The bra, especially a minimally padded sports bra, may not even be noticed.

I see that on your previous posts that you already own several pairs of
women's jeans
.

Next, if you can wear jeans at work, wear some of your slim-fit women's jeans or if
you dare, your skinny jeans at work.  Not many people will usually notice, and if they do
it generally may not turn into you being teased, and if they do tease you, just shrug it off.

Under-dressing might be quite enjoyable for you as you go about your daily
business in male-mode.

I just bought a pink crop top with a plunging neckline.
You may want to consider wearing something like that in place of a bra.
I've heard the the one I bought is good for wicking sweat in Yoga classes.
I'm too old to work that hard!

Congratulations! That’s a big step. I wear panties all the time. I also wear women’s tops and sweatshirts and short shorts. No one seems to notice or if they do they don’t say anything.

I only transitioned a couple of years ago, but I haven't owned male underwear at any time this century! The only awkward moment was after I had been to the rest room, I stopped to talk to one of my co workers and noticed the bow from my pink panty had come off and was now displaying its prettiness on my shoe! I don't know if they noticed, and I dared not move to dislodge it lest I drew attention to it!

I have a 32A-24-33 figure that doesn't quite have enough up top to show cleavage, but I think V necks look good on me.

Sewing buttons is something that is usually done by hand is a skill worth learning.  Sometimes the clothes I buy comes with a spare button.

Like many others here, I only wear women's panties. My wife and I wear the same size so for us it is easy just to have one large panty drawer to select from. Love the way they feel but have experimented with several brands as some just don't fit right. Have had the best luck with the Pink brand at VS, mostly just thongs and Brazilian cuts. They are usually reasonably priced too.  There's no going back once you see how comfortable and better looking they are.

I have not own any men's underwear since well before 2015 when
I seriously started transitioning and then started HRT.

I am fortunate (as @Jenny-CDNH mentioned about thier wife) that
my Significant Other - Tooth-fairy Sweetie and I wear
the same size clothing and underwear.  She and I are always
buying clothing and underwear together and
we share what we have.

I also agree that there is no going back to male underwear !!!!

HUGS,
Danielle

Wearing feminine undergarments under feminine clothes makes perfect sense of course and is female affirming.
When presenting as male, I rarely wear any feminine undergarments but I remember the times when I did - prior to transitioning.  I thought it was a fun to wear panties before I realized I was a MTF transsexual.

Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that you speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.

I've worn panties for like 30 years. Don't worry about it.
