Topic: Temporal area filling + nose revision

Hi everyone, Im new here
Hoping this forum might be able to help with some issues.

I live in Europe and searching to deal with an issue I have after a small FFS surgery (of 10 years ago).
The surgeon was shaving the two humps above my brows, and at the beginning it looked good (although swollen).
Unfortunately very quickly after couple of months cavities in the temple area started showing, it really bothers me for many years (tried to live with it..) but I really have to take care of it.

I had some consultations (FACIAL TEAM, 2PASS, IPFace) - most of them offered fat transfer to the area, one even suggested Hyaluronic acid to be injected before the actual fat transfer (to see if I like the results).
There were even talks about granules implants + some fat for "fuller" results (2pass).

Anyone had experince with this kind of process?
Im really confused.. also if anyone has a recommendation for a good surgeon in Europe I would be happy to hear.

A recommendation for surgeon who does nose revisions well in Europe also would be very much appreciated as my nose started collapsing very early after the FFS
