Will my sound change?

I use voice tools. And I paid for the first lessons on the Crystella voice app but I am not getting anything out of that. I can read at 216 and up HC no problem. But my voice does not sound feminine. It sounds like me using a higher pitched voice. Obviously fake. I like to sing along with Linda ronstadt, Courtney Love and Debbie Harry too. If I keep going will my sound or tone or whatever you call it start to change?
I can put in lots and lots of time if I know I'm going in the right direction. Also I have a lot of junk in my throat I have to keep clearing. How can I get rid of that? When I don't have to deal with that I can get up to 98 99% female on The voice analysis. But it still sounds like me with a fake not female voice.. so will how I sound change over time if I keep going?

Maid Marion:
What changed for me was getting speech therapy to modulate my voice.
Over time it has become natural for me to modulate my voice and formulate long sentences.
When I get tired I have a very feminine high rising terminal.

Dear Marion:
 Very well stated....

.... one-on-one speech therapy, Zoom or Skype is OK... but "in-person" is better IMHO,
and can produces great results for many...... and for some individuals, there may not
be the need for VFS (surgeries.)

Thank you for posting and sharing your thoughts and comments.
HUGS,
Danielle

I will also recommend one on one voice therapy. It should be with a trans experienced therapist. Mine was able to identify specific things about my voice for me to work on. You can work endlessly on things like pitch but if other things such as resonance, tone, intonation, word choice, etc, are not worked on then you will not get the advances that you want.

I live in a rural area about 80 miles from the city. Meeting someone one on one if I could find them would not be easy. Plus out here I'm under the radar. I am able to put in lots of time working on my voice if I can get going in the right direction with it.
