Do you enjoy saving money, getting deals, using coupons, etc?

I do use fewer paper coupons than ever; but, I do use digital coupons at the grocery. l may also look for offers at a merchant’s Web site for something like an appliance repair or annual furnace checkup.
I suppose most people enjoy getting money saving deals; but, I do not mind paying full price for full service, high quality, and NOT being overcharged. Like a car mechanic that does not inflate charges and charges you a fair price for work that was truly needed, and the work was done well. It has to do with trust obviously, but there is a monetary component to that relationship that can be appreciated.

Definitely yes.
I live on a few pensions which provide for a comfortable, but not extravagant life.
I am constantly looking for good deals. I have an app on my cell phone called, "cheap gas near me" which will locate the cheapest gasoline stations in my area. I only save a dollar or two with each fill up, but it is the principle of the transaction that makes all the difference.
I do not do coupons, because generic products are much cheaper and just as good.
I love to pinch pennies and I make Jack Benny look like a big spender. You do remember Jack Benny, don't you ?

I personally do not spend a lot of time trying to save pennies. There is a concept in financial planning called "cost to hassle" and for me the cost of hassle is pretty high. I'll take the deals at the supermarket that come with my loyalty card. But I'm not going to clip coupons to save a few dollars every week.
But I know that some people really enjoy searching out deals. And I think that's great...in particular, people who are penny pinchers also tend to be very good at budgeting their spending, and I'm a big fan of budgeting and being aware of how much you are spending.
And other people, of course, really do have to pinch pennies to make rent and pay for other fixed expenses, and this is completely understandable!
But don't feel bad if you don't enjoy penny pinching. What really matters is coming up with a budget, tracking your spending (which is easy to do with apps these days) and achieving your goals for saving for the future. If you do that, you don't have to pinch pennies (but you can if you want to!).

ChrissyRyan:
Many people have NEVER made a budget. Those people should track every penny they spend for a month.
Personal finance knowledge is severely lacking by many.
Budgeting is very simple for most households. There is a little bit more to consider if you are a contractor (freelancer, gig worker, and for those with significant variable seasonal inflows, such as fisherman); but, it is not that much harder.
