Hello
« on: April 10, 2023, 11:40:49 am »
Dear Ladies I am new. I am 59 and live in England. I knew there was something about ladies clothes when I was around 8 years old. I tried on my mothers lovely blue midi skirt and tights. I fell asleep and the next morning I realised my Dad had found me and changed me without me knowing. It happened again and the third I was eleven and my Dad told me not to do it again. I wish that I had been sent to speak to an expert, may be a woman and would have liked to go to the local Girls Grammar school. However this was the seventies and people hushed things up. At university I should have tried to do more. I am straight but love the thought of being a woman. A sexy intellectual Woman. So Hi Girls and lets be cool if not a little hot ! XX

Welcome Rachel,

Glad you found your way here. Go through the forums, ask questions. You'll find supportive caring people here.
Hey, the 60's and 70's were an era where we really couldn't talk to anyone about feeling we were different. I'm 67 and only started HRT two years ago so some of us are still growing too.

Once again Welcome and hope to see you around the boards.

Hugs

Traci

Hi.

Welcome Rachel!

Chrissy
Be a good example of good behavior.  Always be kinder than needed.  Be tender to others.  You are as beautiful as the thoughts you think and the words that you speak.   Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding.  Knowledge and action shown without love is not impressive.  If you look for the good in people you will find it. Healthy relationships are so important to good living.  Serve others.

Good living, joy, unity, love, and happiness can come from following these practices: Never let selfishness or conceit motivate you.  Regard others as more important than yourself.  Do not limit attention to only your interests, but include the interests of others

It is not usually about how fast you transition, it is about how well you transition.
