What are some of the nicest places to visit in the USA?

I am mulling over some ideas on where to go for a vacation.

I think I prefer to be in warmer states this time of the year.

Chrissy,

I have been lucky to travel all over the world and my favorite place is in California. Sequoria/Kings Canyon National Park, is my far favorite place on earth. There is nothing like walking among the largest trees in the world and were mature trees when Jusus Christ walked the earth. It makes a human very humble.

Hawaii is one of the most gender friendly places to visit.  They are also friendly towards tourists.
You can choose to visit tacky tourist attractions or hike into remote inaccessible places.
Or just about anything in between.

If you don't have to be with family, there is a way to get very cheap air fares to Hawaii.
Everyone flies to Hawaii to be with family during important holidays.  The flights going the other way are empty.
This drives the prices way down if you can take one of those empty flights.

If you want 'nice' then you cannot beat 'Minnesota Nice'... famous the world over and a very trans-positive state too..
