This is one of my most favorite foods to eat, I make it every other day. It is very fast, affordable and easy to make. you dont need to put actual wontons although they are nice to to have i usually make it with noodle, ie: chow mein. ichi ban or similar noodles work just as well.

 3 cups of water
 1tbs soy sauce
3 tbs chicken base or stock
 1/4 tsp red crushed chilis
half a carrot sliced oriental style
baby bok choy x 1 head
i usually buy the frozen oriental mix vegtables and use them instead of cutting everything up i add one full cup of those
sliced ginger root fresh x 6-8 pieces
4 cloves of garlic cut in half
1 tsp sesame oil ( put at end)
and finally about 1/4 package of fresh chow mein noodles

just throw everything in the pot let it boil and eat up so good and can make it so many different ways.
 Enjoy everyone! Jaymee
