Somehow I got photographed at 56:45
I am the GI with the booney hat and 35mm camera.

The shooting at 1:00:00 really happened. An infantry battalion had to leave the show and go to work that day.

Did you have a hunch that you were photographed on that occasion?...

I knew that I was photographed in 1968 before the show had started. I was taking a few pictures as the show was getting ready to start and I saw the camera man scanning the audience and stopped directly at me. What you see here is edited into the middle of the show.

In 1977, I was watching a rerun of the Bob Hope Show and saw myself on TV for the first time. I have been looking for this video ever since I had access to the internet. Note that this video was only posted since Jan 16, 2020.

I know that this is a long video. I would like to have just posted the clip showing me or even if I could get a screen shot of myself as a still photo, if I knew how to do this. Can anyone help me with this?

What I remember most of this day is that it was beastly hot and that I got some fantastic shots of Ann Margaret as well as all the other girl acts. They should see me now.

Northern Star Girl,

Communications Yeoman..  First two years on Comm Seventh Fleet Admiral's staff, excellent duty!  The Admiral was operating from the USS Providence. Then on the radio crew of the USS Jason repair ship.  Oh, the stories I could tell....
