Any ideas on making it fit with that extra lobe of skin. My sack shows when I where it and I'd feel uncomfortable at the pool with stuff showing.
My answer to this has always been to either choose bottoms that are small/tight enough to encapsulate said features or wear bottoms that are large enough so that it doesn't matter. The latter is usually something like a tankini bottom, bottoms that have a built-in skirt etc.
Last year I was wearing swim shirts and tight bikini bottoms and that worked. This year I've gone to a tankini with larger bottoms, or in another case "sports suits" where the bottoms are sort of made to hide everything for competitions
There used to be a Freeview channel, on British TV, that I sometimes watched with interest and some envy. It aired in the early hours of the morning and featured a small number of Thai women, some trans and some, I believe, cis. Of those that I think were trans, a couple were certainly pre-op. All of the women always kept their bikini bottoms on.
On one occasion, a very attractive woman, normally well-tucked, could not keep her bulge, and its obvious shape, hidden. She even tried slapping it down while her companion, who I believe was a cis woman, fell about laughing. I'm ashamed to say that I also found it funny.
However, there was a happy and possibly useful ending. To her credit, the afflicted trans woman was not too mortified to return to work. Subsequently, though, she wore bikini bottoms with a frill on the front. It effectively broke the outline of whatever was contained in her bikini bottom.
I think that other pre-op trans women who wear bikinis might think about doing the same.
I do love swimming and of course, had to figure out what best to do. Especially in public pools or the beach, I have used two different possibilities:
A super tight panty underneath or some more fabric on top. In most cases, I do combine.
I have found best for me are boy short style or skirted bottoms paired with a bikini top or a tankini. With those, I do not necessarily need the tight panty underneath. That I only do in "critical" environments.
Oh, and Spiro helped too.
Now, in my backyard... different story ;D
I wear short shorts over the bikini bottom and it solves the issue. If I wanna take a cute pic I just pull the shorts up.
I am not too worried about my bulge, but I think a skirted or ruffled bottom will help you. And maybe look for a bottom with more fabric, ala 1960s style?
I don't do bikinis, but some of my favorite people do and you could probably learn a lot from them at this thread:

You may try neoprene bikinis, which I tried wearing for the first time yesterday.

I guess this type of high-rise bikini bottom will also work well.

I am assuming your penis is vertical in the front of the bathing suit bottom in this picture (the reason for going with the black to hid the contour)? It is hard to imagine there being enough material at the thong's narrowest width between your legs to keep it from accidentally slipping out in real life use other than a photo shoot.

Beaches are surprisingly private places. In beaches, you can have some places to adjust your bikini bottoms. Even in the water, you can change your bikini bottoms.
There is no substantial differences in genital area between man and woman. Even women have the bulge.

Moreoever, nobody pays attention to the bulge.

What you describe would not be feasible in a crowded United States public beach.
I don't worry about my bulge too much at all. In fact I don't care if people notice my bulge at all because as long as I am happy wearing what I want to wear then that is all that matters to me
Whether the beach is crowded or not, I do not find adjusting myself difficult. Cis women do it all the time too.

Oh, yea. Just use your imagination. If nothing else, just lay a hat or a towel over your lap while sitting down and adjust things. That said, Barbie and her Brazilian is definitely advanced class stuff. I suggest starting with with more coverage, though a dark colored bottom would seem helpful.
I dream of going to the beach (may soon, have to figure out the wig situation, real hair does me no favors). My dream outfit being my magenta one piece with ruching combined with a swimskirt. Ive gotten pretty good with tucking, so the skirt would be purely extra. Frankly though, if they're oogling your junk, like, wtf.
