Title: facial laser in the uk
Post by: Shambles on March 18, 2018, 04:59:43 AM
Just started to contact places for prices etc on a set of treatments for face and neck, question is what price is normal in the uk for 6 treatments?

There's a nice looking place close to me that i hope does male face hair but want to make sure im not going to get ripped off.

Thanks!!

Hey hun, I use SkinClinics (the MK branch myself), who have a national network of centres. They've been really good, and do 6/8 session bundle deals. Very friendly,  they've seen it all before I promise!

Their 6 package deal for my face (which I've just finished) was around £650, they often have sales and promotions. X

Thanks megan, that clinic the closest one is near to new st station in bham, its a bit too far to be practical but i can fall back on them if needed. Theres 3 closer ones to me, ive emailed the closest one as they dont mention full beard but the one about 9 miles away does list it as 600 for 6 seasons. In my head ive got it as 5-600 but its good to know its in the right ball park.

Btw i was checking out that hair transplant clinic in turkey.. looks like itll cost around 3.5k for the lot which isnt bad considering but not contacted them yet

god its so much money upfront over here in england. i had laser done in germany NOT IPL ....Laser! as ipl did nothing for me. laser war 1 session every 4-5 weeks. after 3rd session i didnt need make up anymore to cover up the dark shade of the beard. after 5th session pores were so small as no hair grew out of them anymore and face looked soooooo smooth and nice. paid 100€ the first time and then 5€ less every session. maybe habe a look around if you can find where you can pay as you go. as 650£ upfront is alot. even if you earn good wages its still easyer i guess.xx

I use Jill at LaserSmooth IPL in Feltham - she is brilliant and charges ladies rates for Trans people - face is £65 a session which I think is great value

I had my first laser session at skn clinics a few days ago and they were so lovely! It was 690 for 8 sessions. It's tricky knowing upfront how many you'll need but it's so much cheaper to buy in bulk.

It hurt like anything, my jaw more than my upper lip but I'm really looking forward to the results :)

I had 8 pre-hrt, but after 18 months had quite a bit of regrowth.

After starting HRT, I took another 6 which took out almost all the remaining dark hair.

I'm now mopping up with electro, but my electrolysist is only doing 30min sessions  because there's not enough left for her to work for an hour [emoji4].
