Title: Metaoidioplasty
Post by: lilacwoman on October 06, 2010, 04:46:21 AM
Can I ask a silly question about bottom surgery please?

I read the posts about the Centurion Procedure that seems to promise a small penis but what are the technical possibilities of doing the opposite of typical MtF vaginoplasty and separating and turning the lining of the vagina outside the body to make a longer penis?
MtF's penises are skinned and turned outside in so is it possible to do the opposite and skin and turn out the vagina?
Any ideas on how the vagina lining will fare if turned out?

I've had numerous abrasions and raw flesh always eventually gets a proper skin on so perhaps a vagina's lining would be OK outside the body.

Well the inside of the vagina is mucosa and not "normal" skin, as far as I know, that would cause problems.

Even if you could do that, you'd still need something to fill the neo-penile skin with.

Well I've read of it being used to line the urethra but that's about it. That tissue doesn't seem to have uses outside the body since it's well, internal tissue.

yes but would it harden off and thicken if used outside like a wound that removes several layers of skin eventually gets a new harder layer?  It's lubrication system would perhaps make for a self-lubing penis as well as keeping it supersoft.

I'll be very surprised if someone hasn't tried it somewhere though.

The mucosa is like frog skin. It dries off horribly in dry surroundings, so you'd have to stick the penis into something humid all the time or the skin gets bad. Even though that sounds nice, I don't think it's literally how I'd like to spend the rest of my life.
