They are very Transgender friendly and look after a number of Melbourne and Victoria based Transgender women.
Speak to Monica or Dallas at reception. I can recommend Sarah (she does my Laser treatment) and young Monica who does all my other beauty treatments expect Electrolysis and Body Electrolysis (that a another girl). Sarah also does Make-up training and both Sarah and young Monica do facials, waxing, massage . If you want to be really looked after, I recommend them very highly. Probably too late, but I went to NeoSkin originally like ten years ago, and more recently I went to the Ballarat branch of CliniqueLase for laser hair removal prior to SRS...
