I'm not sure if this is the best sub-forum for my post but it seems the best fit.
Anyway, I am a pre-everything transguy who runs his own businesses, largely from home. I have a PA who is great but I am now in need of a housekeeper. Why am I posting this here? A few reasons:
I need someone who is a. genuinely ok with me being trans* and not merely paying lip service to it (I have seen this when I've interviewed other candidates who say they are fine with me being trans* but their facial expression and body language says otherwise). It is a role that requires me to completely trust the person in my home and, for me, my home is my sanctuary.
So, I am open to anyone who gets pronouns and see me as me despite what my body looks like, how high my voice is and the fact I have a distinctly feminine face- whether you are trans* or an ally- and who is reliable and hard-working with a good attention to detail. Good communication skills are also important. I am open to anyone regardless of gender, sexuality etc etc. For me, the most important quality is that we 'click'.
Experience is not a necessity but the ability to learn is. Pay negotiable.
It is a part-time position and hours/days can be flexible, depending on what works best for us both. I am based in Central London, near Victoria.
