The Wiki is in the process of creating a comprehensive list of transgender healthcare providers who prescribe, administer, and monitor HRT to better help people find affirming care in their area. This information is often buried in strange sections, mentioned haphazardly with no additional detail, or left off of provider websites all together. It would be a great reference for folks at any stage in their transition - pre-everything folks looking to start HRT, folks who are moving and needing to change providers, or maybe those who are just looking for new options.
If you are on HRT, we'd appreciate it if you could respond to this thread with the following information. You are also welcome to privately message any member of the Wiki staff if you feel uncomfortable posting this information publicly.

Fenway South End

The South End location is a part of Fenway Health.
It's a two minute walk from Back Bay Station.
I recommend Dr. Danielle O'Banion.

Great place. Sliding scale fees for the appointments, blood work and pharmacy though I live in NJ and since I get them wired to here I don't get the discount for meds but it's been great. It's informed consent and just an overall safe place for any LGBT community member. Give a call first and schedule an appt and see which building they'll have you go to bit it's great.

Dr. Liz has a few transgender patients, but she is primarily a hormone expert - she literally wrote the book (https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Lizs-Easy-Guide-Menopause/dp/159932167X) on menopause. I like her because she's very thorough and at the same time independent and open to experimentation.

She's wonderful, has many trans patients, and is very knowledgable about HRT. She's an out of network provider, so doesn't take insurance... so you need to submit your claims yourself.
Update to the psychologist data I gave before, as it was incomplete:

Truman has primarily been a "medical home" for HIV treatment for a couple of decades but a few years ago they added care for transgender patients with or without HIV. Their website is still primarily HIV focused, but they do now provide a "medical home" for transgender people. My primary care provider is there, and I just got acupuncture last Friday from their in-house DOM. They had an endocrinologist on staff but she moved out of state with her husband late last year; I'm told they're getting a new one soon.
