To change your email address, Profile>Modify Profile>Account Settings.
As for your user name, that needs to be done by a moderator. The name must be unique and the name change takes place in two steps. First your display name will be change but you will continue to use the old login. You will receive a reactivation request by email and after you respond to it, you will use the new name for your login. If you fail to respond to the email request, you will be locked out of the account and a staff member will need to help you unlock the account.
