Title: What makes a vial of Testesterone Crystallize?
Post by: ThunderBoyDavid on December 06, 2012, 04:52:22 AM
i have been giving myself injections for several years now. So far only 3 or 4 Vials have crystallized on me. What makes them do that? And, is the Testosterone BAD and no longer usable after it does crystallize? i found one thread on here and some users said to pour warm water around the Vial and melt the crystals. Something tells me not to do that. i would be scared to do that. OH.. and i know we are suppose to do the injection in our leg... but for the past few weeks i decided to inject in my hip. Is it okay to inject in the hip instead of the leg? i know all these questions should be asked of my Doctor.. But i'm one of those people that forget everything i was going to ask. i become stupid when i get in the Doctors office. Thanks in advance for the Help!!! Oh.. Just to let You know... Two weeks ago my Vial crystallized and i took it back to the Pharmacy and they replaced it with a Full Vial at NO Charge. (Wal-Greens)...  Thanks Again!!! Sorry if i rambled to much.

It should never do that unless it has been contaminated or previously exposed to a cold environment which causes precipitation to form inside and freeze.

I think it is the room temperature that makes the testosterone crystallize. When it comes to injecting testosterone you can do it in every muscle you want. For the legs, arms, deltoid muscle you use small needle, and for the hips you use a bigger one.

Testosterone enanthate can also be injected subcutaneously in the belly fat. That is a new approach for men on Testosterone Replacement Therapy.
