Title: Weight gain

hello! this might be a bit of a weird topic. i'm a very very small guy. i'm 5'7, and last time i checked i weighed 7 stone, so i'm very underweight. i recently lost a lot of weight all of a sudden, and i'm trying to gain it back, and so far it's working ok, but i'd love some more tips, and as a vegan weight gain is a little harder for me than it is for an omnivore. i've been eating a lot of fruit, bread and cashew nuts, as well as a lot of carby snacks (such as crisps and fries). any other ideas?

Strength training with heavy weights along with eating more will add muscle mass and weight.  You need to gain 40 to 50 pounds and if you do it with just food you're likely to end up fat.
