Title: Jaw/ Chin surgery
Post by: Anu on April 09, 2018, 11:00:20 PM
Dear Susan and friends:

I am writing from India. I had Jaw and chin surgery (in 2013 and 2016) in two intervals from a doctor in Bangkok. While he did the jaw in 2013, which was alright. But, while I went back to him in 2016 with chin- he messed up totally. Firstly, he kept a lump in-between the jaw and the chin (possibly, a money-sqeezing method, so that I can come back to him again.

Here are few queries, and would be grateful if you could please let me know, who'll be resonably good surgeron for a chin/jaw re-correction (has to be very good with FFS and MAXILLOFACIAL expertise) and Revision rynoplasty.
Especially the chin surgery- where my face has totally got damaged.

1. Saliva drops-out my face all the time.
2. The lower lip isn't settled with the lower teethes. The lower set of teethes are always visible, because the lower lip is sagged/hanging all the time. It might not be visible from the photos that I am sending you, because I wear facial bands all the time (even after 2 years post my surgery).
3. The chin area looks awkward.

Therefore:

1. I want the chin revision surgery. The lump by the side (between jaw and chin needs to be taken out).
2. I also want a revision rhinoplasty/ feminization of nose- small nose, with tapering tip moving upwards.

Please suggets, and I would be grateful with your comments:

1. Does Spain Marebella- AGAVA Clinic is good? or,
2. Dr. DI MAggio, or
3. any other surgeons from Brazil (very good at FFS and MAXILLOFACIAL Surgery), or
4. Dr. CHARAN from Bangkok?

I am really, really scared and fearful this time in choosing the surgeon.

Many thanks and regards, Anu
