Hey,
I'm looking for another trans guy to work out with who is at a similar weight and has the same goals. I'm 20 yrs old in Cambridge area.
I've been on T for over a couple years. I want to lose a bit of fat and bulk up, I'm average weight. I haven't had surgery (coming in October) and working out with another trans guy would make the experience a lot more comfortable and we can motivate each other.
I'm hoping someone is local. Any questions give me a shout!
I'm sad now...Because I could use a work out partner too, but we're literally in different countries.
Same boat. I'm in Australia.
I work out on my road bike attached to a trainer and torture myself with Sufferfest training videos, which are tough, entertaining and motivating. After this punishment session, I'm warmed up enough ( more like near death) to tackle half an hour of strength training. I use the https://bodylasticsworkouts.com/ (https://bodylasticsworkouts.com/) videos and bodylastics bands. I've been using this system since 2009 and it's worked really well for me. It kept me in excellent shape. I added Sufferfest to for cardio work out and to build up leg muscles,

This works for me because I prefer to workout at home to avoid the hassle and time pressure of going to a gym. I'm quite self-disciplined and enjoy exercise, so it worked out well for me.
All you cool people need to stop living so far away. >:(

That's the problem with being so small in number on this planet. :-/

Hi Musicman,
Welcome to the site. I'm only about 5 weeks late with this. Sorry.
So this might be disappointing all the way around. I'm not FTM, working out or in your country.
Hope you find a workout buddy. I also hope we can help in other ways as well.
