When I signed up a few days ago I wasn't aware that spaces were allowed in usernames. I would have used "Fresas con Nata" instead of "fresasconnata". The capital "N" is important, as I go by Natalia when in girlmode.

Note to those with name change requests. Please make sure you can access the email account associated with your account. The final change once completely finished will result in an email with a new password inside the email. That password you will need to get in your account. Thanks

The upper right hand corner of the screen will allow you to check user names. As long as the name isn't offensive or used by somebody else you may have it. Amy is already used but xAmy is available. When the name is changed you will receive an activation email so verify your email address is correct. You may need to continue to use the old logon until both parts of the name change are complete. Acknowledge that xAmy is the name you desire and we will change it for you.

Jesica is already used by another member however it very likely was a spammer as it had an accumulated time of 11 minutes back in 2013. I believe Cindy would agree to recycling the name so I will approach it from that direction unless informed otherwise.
Verify your email address and make sure it's still valid as you will receive a reactivation request when the change is made. After you respond to the request, the new user name will become your login.

"Madeline" has been taken already, but by a member that has only 4 posts from 5 years ago, and nothing since.
It may be made available if the Forum Administrator deems it inactive and frees it up for you. I will ask and see if this can be done for you. Or if you wish you can make some type of variety of it. If you go to the members tab and click on search members with Madeline, all the variations will pop up.
I do though believe "Madeline" could be released to you.

That name is used however it hasn't been used much so I will see if I can get permission to reassign it.

The name has been release and I have reserved it for you by making it your screen name. In order for me to change your logon I need you to verify your email address as you will receive an account reactivation. Failure to respond to it will lock you out of your account. Let me know when your ready for the second part.
I was trying to PM a moderator but I don't have sufficient rights to do that yet. I would like to change my username... I just took the default option it gave me when I signed up and it is the one that I use for everything...

Oh I'm desperate for a new username too *obviously I was lacking inspiration*.
Something simpler with my name in it would be amazing :)
JoyJoy would be prefered since it is my nickname with family and friends.
Otherwise 'JoyJoy93' or 'Happy JoyJoy'
Once the change has fully taken hold you must have access to your email since the password will get reset. Hugs

I never got that reactivation request email... and I see my name change, but the username on the account details are still the same ... just wanted to make sure that's okay or normal :)

The reactivation request email is sent by the Forum Administrator Cindy. She lives in Australia and will send it as soon as she is able.
