Title: So I went through 'pelvic floor therapy'. Egads.
Post by: Doreen on September 18, 2018, 06:15:02 PM
I was informed by my ob/gyn that my complications were mostly due to pelvic floor pain and NOT the ... well bluntly uterus with no connections to the vagina, so she wanted me to have pelvic floor therapy

I found a  local therapist able to help me with that, and thank the gods it was a girl.. And here's why
She had me do a few stretches, moving my leg up & down, side to side, some other exercises that frankly I hurt myself worse in my own stretches than she did there. Then she informed me she needed to show me how to do exercises vaginally.... to make certain.

Um.  How can I say this.  I guess I have a reason to go sticking fingers inside and pushing the muscles back for 30 seconds.  That's what she did... The problem though? OF course I started tensing up, I mean a girl is sticking her fingers inside me lmao!  I was um... embarrassed for one.  Then she tells me everyone does that, and try to 'relax'

Enters 2nd problem.  Me relaxing with someones fingers in me presents a whole new set of complications.  I'm just glad she had a sheet over me cuz  um. ya anyways

Needless to say at the end of the 'session', she honestly admitted she doubted my pain was pelvic floor related, and most likely due to the 'tissue' that hurts all the time  >:(  Not mad at her, just all the docs that keep trying to obfuscate the issue.

So anyways if you want to REALLY know what they do in 'pelvic floor therapy'.... now you and I know.. And frankly I don't know if I can do it again without further complications.   Not to make things weird but I am a lesbian, she was cute, and she was doing things in me.

Gah.  :embarrassed:  And I sincerely hope she isn't on the forums here lmao.. doubtful.
