Just got my blood test results from my HRT consult. My testosterone levels were normal, but my estrogen levels are at the high end for a male. I haven't talked to the doctor yet. Anyone else have this result?
Not sure if this is good, bad, or doesn't matter?
Considering it in the high end of normal, that still falls within the total range for normal. Probably not something to be concerned about.
Yes, my estradiol levels were high at 43.4 pg/ml. My testosterone levels were also pretty high at 826 ng/dL. It may have been that testosterone was aromatizing into estradiol. I'm not sure though.

I also had estradiol levels well above the highest male level.
It can be a sign of certain cancers etc. The effect is also, that it makes male body sterile. Which explains, why I never had any children.
I never bothered to check if I had a cancer or not, was just happy, that the estradiol level is so high already.
And it has been about four to five years since that, so any cancer would have appeared already.
I also at the time discussed with doctor, if that would be some sort of intersex condition, but apparently not.
