Title: ??Dr Suporns' SRS Technique
Post by: collettemichelle on June 23, 2013, 10:14:40 PM
I have been in communication with Dr Suporns' Clinic in Thailand for my SRS next year.
Apparently his surgical technique differs from the (usual) penile inversion surgery.
Has anyone got any information regarding this?
His results look reasonable per their pictures;but that could just be for the advertising!
Anyone know anyone who has been to him lately?
I would appreciate any information or feedback.

I visited Dr Suporn earlier this year and had a full examination, I have also met others in Thailand. I'm very cautious about what I need done and how. His procedure is described on the internet in detail and I feel its the best technique out there - its all about depth, sensation and cosmetic presentation. I'm sure there are other views equally valid.

Have a good day

Actually apart from his method of slitting the scrotal skin hundreds of times in a machine so that he can get a little more depth (who needs 8 inches), his technique is now little different to any of the other major Thai surgeons. His prices on the other hand are unique

Thank you all for your replies.
Susan T can I ask you which Thai surgeons have an equal reputation and skill with better cost?
I saw that his prices were better than the USA and new he had a good reputation.
However it sounds that you have knowledge on this matter that I could benefit from hearing.

Preecha, Chettwut, Kamol, Saran, Kunaporn  to name but a few. I went to Preeca's PAI clinic which is a very up market organisation compared to any of the others mentioned and yet only charges $8600. Preecha was the man who trained all of the others. I was going to go to Chet who charges $10,000 but my gender counsellor warned me off.  Others I know have been there with excellent outcomes. All of the above surgeons use a scrotal graft to line the vagina and all use the entire glans and foreskin to create the floor of the vulva, inner labia and clitoris. You will find that their main sites refer to their technique as penile inversion simply because there is always an element of inversion no matter who does the surgery. Preecha even refers to a colon graft as penile inversion. This is changing though because I note that one of the medical concierge services has dropped any mention of inversion when referring to PAI's techniques that involve other grafts.

Suporn is an excellent surgeon and there are some minor external cosmetic differences in his technique when compared to others, but they are very minor and all of the others have their own "unique" twist in any case. Suporn may or may not be the best but he has targeted his market at Europe and America and his prices reflect that.

The middle one is a concierge service. I used them and they are very good. They cost you nothing and manage your bookings and transport while you are away. They also deal with a number of different surgeons and have before and after pictures that are not always available from the main surgeons site without request.
