Hey I was just wondering if is it safe to get a tooth extracted whilst on Estragon, My main concern would be the healing process with the blood clot in socket and developing dry sock!, I have just recently started my HRT too :), Thanks <3

That's a good question, I think you should ask your dentist. They actually should know what you are taking, especially if your undergoing a procedure. I only recently told mine and she was thankful and supportive.

I'd ask your doc but really clotting shouldn't be impaired unless you're on a blood thinner. That being said a concern is if you are on Alendronate NA / Fosamax (for osteopenia/porosis) and have dental extractions or implants. Specifically jaw necrosis is a concern, and they do NOT want to do implants or extractions if you're on that.

Lucky i'm on nethier of them!, and i will indeed say the the Dentist what i'm on when i go in, Thanks a bunch for info :) has put my mind as ease a little! <3
While on my estrogen, I had all my upper teeth pulled. No problem.
