I also want to remind people that I do not want anyone recommending specific medical proceedures or courses of action to someone else beyond suggesting that the person may want to talk to a physician; or a therapist or psychologist that specializes in gender issues.
This prohibition also includes offering unsolicited advice that tells someone else they "need to transition," or should take other specific actions in their lives that have the potential to negatively affect the individual's life or their families..
