Title: One year full time?
Post by: TonyaW on August 19, 2018, 07:33:34 AM
Was one year ago today that I had the text exchange with my best golfing buddy where I told him about Tonya. I'm playing on his team next Saturday in the golf outing he sponsors so I guess that turned out ok.

I officially came out a work about 2 weeks before that and he was the last person that I see on a regular basis that I needed to tell and the last place that I was still hiding.

So I'm going to go with August 19, 2017 as my full time day, which means as of today I've got one year of RLE in my purse.

Thanks.  I guess I've pretty much had long hair since about 3rd grade. At least longer than most of the males at school.  Would grow it to ponytail length now and then after I turned 30, but never cut it to short.  My last mans haircut was about 2 years ago but still could tie it back in a ponytail. I've had it trimmed once since then, back in January of this year.

Thanks.

Kind of had to figure out a date as everything was really pretty gradual and no clear cut time so I settled on this one.

I had started wearing androgynous women's clothes and wearing light foundation to cover beard shadow pretty much all the time even before I started HRT in Feb 17.

Thanks.  I feel like its been more than a year in ways (see previous post) and like no time at all in others.
