Lately I have been having testicle pain
I have been to the doctor and they gave me antibiotics but it still continues it goes up into my hip and leg and abdomen.
The penis is also sometimes painful.
The doctor don't know really what is going on and why.
Any ideas?
My thought is that it may be testicular atrophy. This begins three to six months after starting HRT. The maximum effect will occur within two to three years.
I'm no doctor, this is just an idea.

Check out testicle torsion as well. It can happen with atrophied testicles.

Hi, by any chance have you cycled you HRT, specifically your anti-androgen?
I know when I was having FFS and 2 months later GCS when I was off HRT blood to the testis and penis caused a lot of pain.
It could be atrophy or atrophy with increased blood flow due to curtailed antiandrogens.
I only skipped one night the other night on anti-androgens don't know if that can make a difference?
Another thing that I noticed after I wee I have like sticky clear liquid coming out also.
The past month I've had pain. I do not know if it is post-vasectomy pain, atrophy, or post trauma from a repelling accident. Either way, I am seeing a urologist next Tuesday. Maybe I will get my orchiectomy sooner than I thought.
I wish I had the money to do my op because tucking is a real pain in the butt I am short and tiny but for some unknown reason there is a lot of it at the bottom and hiding it can be a problem sometimes.
My fiance loves it because he loves transwoman with that thing but me I hate it and sometimes get super frustrated with it.
Could you have caused and injury with tucking or maybe even developed a UTI? ( that could account for the ooze I think but I am no Dr) I had one that went untreated for quite some time because I didn't know I had it and I used to get pains.

It could be a chronic inflammation. I don't know why urologists think they can treat inflammations with antibiotics, but that seems to be their first line of treatment to help to create more serum resistant microorganism!
I tried to explain to mine the dynamics of a bacterial infection, but he still wanted to give antibiotics a try, and of course it was a waste of money and time!
In case of a chronic inflammation, only the big clipper will help, and if you diagnosed with it, your health insurance should pay for the cost.
Talk with him about inflammation and not infection, and see what he says!

I don't know what exactly to make of this all because they did check for inflammation.
I don't know if all of this can be triggered by going off some of my psych meds and things.
I have been put on an estrogen implant and that causes higher estrogen levels also.
I have been having pelvis pain and hip pain, had to sleep with a pillow between my legs last night to help.
my face is changing losing weight around my chin area.
My breasts are getting bigger and is tender. My fingers is getting smaller my ring falls off now. But when I get on the scale I am not losing weight.
My rib cage also looks smaller so it doesn't make sense how can all this happen 3 years after starting hrt.
Don't forget the cravings you can swear I am pregnant or something.
I assume that it only very recently - the last few days - that you were put on antibiotics and that the course is at least 4 weeks.
My advice would be not to hang around and return to your doctor urgently - meaning no later than early next week - and explain all your symptoms and concerns.
I hope you find early resolution of both the pains and the cause.

The doctors here is not that great tbh
It was a week of antibiotics.
They don't really know how to treat transgender patients. They don't know what is caused by hrt or something else so they just inspect you quickly and take the easy way out.
Also my fiance is not very happy with paying more doctors bills.
I am dependent on him financially at this stage and he say there is nothing wrong with me it is just the hrt.
If I ask for one more thing financially I am afraid it will spawn a fight again.
So the easy thing for me to do is actually leave it till it goes away or I get really really sick and he decides it is time to do something about it. I don't have health insurance because I am unemployed at the moment. Our national health insurance is the worst and believe me you would rather die than try to go down that rout.

How in the world were they able to do that without cutting you open? I made my living in research in infection control & prevention, I have never figured out how to check for an inflammation without getting to the parts that might be inflamed!
If something in /on your body hurts, and it is not an infection, an inflammation makes a lot of sense!

You very likely putting fat on in your breasts and butt area. It works pretty similar for me!
I had that pregnancy feeling during the first couple of weeks after starting estrogen. It seems to be very common, because the body is adjusting to hormonal changes.
