When looking for jobs on Indeed in the description line put. Equal Opportunity and then the job description.

It is also illegal to discriminate against a person because the person complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit.
Then there are local/state laws which can be more encompassing. Arizona doesn't protect trans folks but some cities in AZ do.
